Interviewing Healthcare Professionals

RAIM has been conducting CATI interviewing and
recruitment of physicians for over 14 years. RAIM
interviews physicians globally from the outback of
Australia to New York City consultancies. The
respondents can be GP's, or specialists in the
different areas of medicine. We have experience in
conducting interviews by telephone which may take
up to one hour in duration. RAIM conducts
telephone qualitative studies, quantitative
studies, and we also recruit physicians (and
others) for Web based interviews.
Healthcare Segment
During the course of the last few years we have
been most active in the healthcare segment
conducting fieldwork amongst:

Allied Medical (Chiropractires, Acupuncture,
Naturopathy...)

Administration (Hospital Managers, IT Managers,

RAIM has conducted interviews amongst many levels
of company executives and customers.
Consumer Segment
While most fieldwork companies are willing to
conduct research amongst easy to get consumers, we
will go that extra bit to conduct research amongst
"hard to find" consumer groups.

Our interviewing unit is managed by personnel of
various backgrounds with a vast array of
linguistic skills. We have a team of over 100
interviewers accessing a pool of mother tongue
language capabilities. All interviewers have
been assessed and trained in the "science" of
executive level recruitments and telephone
interviewing. They conduct tens of thousands of
interviews each year. Currently we are in the
process of having our telephone unit meeting ISO
9001 requirements. Languages covered include:
