Interviewing Healthcare Professionals

While most web based healthcare studies go back to the same respondent panels again and again, we at RAIM recruit healthcare professionals by telephone to participate in the study:

- thereby the samples are fresher

- the respondents are not "market research junkies"

- we make a personal request for the healthcare professional to participate

- we can recruit to specific screening requests, thereby offering a more flexible service

- where the questionnaire allows us, we can complete an interview by phone using the existing CAWI platform. This is sometimes a preferred method for short surveys, or when non-computer savvy respondents need to be included in the sample frame
